II. Delivery Time

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company. As an exception, bonsai and prebonsai orders placed on Thursday or Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday to avoid possible incidents if the customer is absent and the order is not delivered before the weekend.
